Key Features:

• 2.4" Front Roller:
  • Increasing the diameter of the front roller slows down the revolutions per minute the roller spins and reduces wear and tear on bearings. It also gives the running belt more contact area on the roller surface allowing the belt tension to be reduced without the belt slipping.
• Deck Suspension:
  • Eight compression shocks evenly absorb foot strike impact and provide a firm push-off to minimize stress on joints.

  • Large blue backlit display shows calories burned, workout time, current speed, current incline, heart rate and distance travelled.

  • Choose from one of the six different incline programs, then select your intensity level. The treadmill deck automatically raises and lowers during your workout according to the program you select.
• Speed Programs:
  • Choose from one of five different speed programs, then select from one of three different intensity levels. The treadmill belt automatically goes faster and slower during your workout according to the program you select.
• Customized User Programs:
  • Create your own workout program. If you have your own exercise regiment you can create up to two customized programs to use repeatedly.
• My Zone Program:
  • The My Zone heart rate control program monitors your heart rate and automatically adjusts the speed and incline to keep your heart rate at the same level throughout the workout.
